I am writing to thank you most sincerely for the quality home your company built for my mother at the rear of our property. We are all delighted with the result, it has far exceeded our expectations and Mum (at 86) who has never had a new house in her life is "over the moon" to be moving into such a light, airy comfortable home.

I would also like to commend your workers - they were incredibly professional and reliable, as well as being personable and willing to assist in every way possible. We experienced none of the problems that most people seem to complain of when building, in fact to the contrary, I felt that we were in very safe hands at all times and never doubted that the job would be done to the highest standards. I would also like to thank you personally for the care you have taken over this project to ensure that all the little details were in place; you have been most sympathetic and understanding and I have enjoyed dealing with you immensely.

Please pass on our thanks to your family and thank you again for assisting in creating such a haven for my mother.

Dear Matthew,

What a lovely surprise to receive the box of Australian gourmet products which you so kindly sent us. We sampled them with great pleasure at dinner last night with a friend.

We are very happy with our little Barwon house, all our family and visitors find it a delightful place to be. It is quite remarkable that we have never needed to call Kentucky back to fix anything!
