I am writing to thank you most sincerely for the quality home your company built for my mother at the rear of our property. We are all delighted with the result, it has far exceeded our expectations and Mum (at 86) who has never had a new house in her life is "over the moon" to be moving into such a light, airy comfortable home.
I would also like to commend your workers - they were incredibly professional and reliable, as well as being personable and willing to assist in every way possible. We experienced none of the problems that most people seem to complain of when building, in fact to the contrary, I felt that we were in very safe hands at all times and never doubted that the job would be done to the highest standards. I would also like to thank you personally for the care you have taken over this project to ensure that all the little details were in place; you have been most sympathetic and understanding and I have enjoyed dealing with you immensely.
Please pass on our thanks to your family and thank you again for assisting in creating such a haven for my mother.
Kind Regards- Betty Hanner
Dear Matthew and all at Kentucky Napier,
Thank you very much indeed for the wonderful gifts you sent to Heather and me for our new home. The clocks are so lovely and look really good on the wall. Thank you for all your kindness and attention to us and your patience in our changes to plans. All you have done for us Matthew, has been very much appreciated. We are enjoying being here.
Yours Sincerely- Louis and Heather
Thank you very much for the lovely surprise gift and best wishes.
Did you like the photo's that Geraldine took? I'm thrilled with my little house and getting more settled each day.
You must drop round one day and see Bob's handy work.
Kindest Regards and thanks again- Kathleen
What a lovely surprise to receive the box of Australian gourmet products which you so kindly sent us. We sampled them with great pleasure at dinner last night with a friend.
We are very happy with our little Barwon house, all our family and visitors find it a delightful place to be. It is quite remarkable that we have never needed to call Kentucky back to fix anything!
We wish you, Mike, Don, Jonathon , Evan and all at Kentucky Napier who have worked on our house to make it the delightful place that it is, all the best for the festive season.
Again our thanks.
Yours Sincerely- Quita and Bruce
Our dream of creating a holiday home in Daylesford turned into a reality with the assistance of Kentucky Napier. Your consultative approach from conception, design, construction and delivery was within our budget and timeframe and exceeded our expectations. Your willingness to accommodate our unique requirements and modifications to the Barwon, particularly in constructing the framework required for the outside chimney and open fireplace featuring the Blackwood mantle and stone hearth in the main room was fantastic.
Your design suggestions, particularly in reconfiguring the front decking into a V shape, increased our outside entertaining area and maximised our bush views. We have no hesitation in recommending Kentucky Napier to other customers wanting to realise their dream.
Yours faithfully - Grant & Lena Ross
Thanks for looking after things with our elevated Barwon at Phillip Island. Ithas all worked out very well. In particular I note that we selected Kentucky Napier not just on price but ondesign and attention to detail in the delivered product. The house is now inposition and finished to our entire satisfaction. Given the odd nature of theblock and the restrictions we faced on drainage and access, your support in ournegotiations with Council was especially helpful. It helped ensure an "ontime and on budget" delivery.
From the veranda (photo attached) we get a great view of the water. I can seemany happy hours ahead.
Cheers - Robin and Hanne
Building, for our family, has been a very long and very personal process that began almost 10 years ago, when we first started assessing the types of houses that we could build on our vacant block of land in coastal Victoria.
As we would suspect for many families, the criteria that we selected changed and were reassessed over the years, as our family grew, moved out and became extended family! As such, the thoughts and prices for the houses that we were considering had to be continually revised across the years.
Due to the nature of the block and the land (or in our case – sand) conditions, we recognised early on that we were unlikely to be able to build a slab house. We therefore looked at many of the options within the transportable house arena, including many of your competitors. From basic “build it yourself” kit homes, to the almost all inclusive – which Kentucky Napier specialise in. None were out of our early reviews.
However, it was the quality and flexibility of the Kentucky Napier homes that ultimately ensured that we selected your company! It didn’t hurt at all, that your team (the staff) have also been extremely professional and flexible with our requests and have always been friendly and welcoming!
As you’re aware, we finally settled on the Barwon 130 design that provided our family with the greatest flexibility for our block of land. Our ability to tailor many of the features and work with your team to include other options – particularly in the kitchen, has allowed us to turn a portable house into an extremely warm, relaxed and welcoming home! For this, Anna & I thank the entire Kentucky Napier team, for everything that you’ve been able to do for us; your advice and guidance and ultimately for the friendly/professional people that have made this whole journey worthwhile!
