Our homes are transported to your property on trucks, between 1-4 trucks depending on the size of your home.
A Kentucky Napier home is fully constructed by expert carpenters at the Bayswater factory with kitchen and appliances, bathrooms, plastering, full insulation, windows, electrical wiring, plumbing and roofing all completed. The home is delivered totally completed and is placed on stumps complete with kitchen, bathrooms, plumbing items and electrical points all included. All you need to do is your connections to services, painting and floor coverings.
The homes are built on a continuous steel channel and unlike conventional buildings are designed to be lifted and placed on the stumps at your site.
Homes are engineered to high standards allowing single storey designs to be elevated if necessary. These homes are delivered and craned in one day. This makes a lot of sense as quality control is done in a factory environment and with no mess on site as compared with conventional building. We can build on site when the access is not available for large trucks.
Our unique system allows us to fold verandah roofs in and decking up for transport. These are unfolded on site, with extra decking and stairs also built on site if necessary.
