BUILDING PROCESS
INITIAL
- Sales consultant to show house design, which can be adjusted to your needs
- Discuss optional extras and transport then supply a quote and sketch plan
PRELIMINARY AGREEMENT
- On agreement to proceed, a payment of $3,000.00 deposit
- Discuss any further changes and selection of electrical and finishes. A building site inspection and
notification of any extra cost will be given
- Site and floor plan made ready for council, plus soil test done
- Contract price and plans finalised prior to setting contract price
CONTRACT STAGE
- A building contract is prepared detailing specifications, selected inclusions and costing, plus drawings
- A payment of 5% on contract sum, less preliminary deposit
BUILDING
- Construction time can be 3-6 months depending on house size, with 5 stages of payment
DELIVERY
- House site prepared at least 1 week prior to delivery with completion within 2 weeks, depending upon
your site.
